Description- Kundalini Reiki is simple healing technique that doesn’t require complex study as other reiki classes. Kundalini Reiki is based upon the concept of Kundalini which is the tapping into the energy of the consciousness by activating the chakras. The meditations and attunement begin at the crown and travels to the root to allow the body to awaken and transform the Kundalini energy. It is more of a personal transformation rather than just a healing modality. Once you are attuned, you can help others open their energy through Reiki and meditation.
Required Books: None. All supplemental readings are supplied in the classroom.
